Peace and tranquillity

If you’re thinking of one of these unique destinations for your next trip, you can leave the planning up to Plenia. We’ve put together a 13-day tour of Southeast Asia where you’ll visit Vietnam and Cambodia and discover the peace and tranquillity of their unique landscapes. Starting from Hanoi, the Vietnamese capital, you’ll travel on to Ha Long Bay, where, aboard a traditional junk, you’ll explore the coves and grottoes of some of the thousands of limestone karsts, and discover the floating villages of local fisherfolk among the steep vegetation-covered islets. From there you’ll travel to Hue, the ancient imperial capital declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and on to Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh (the former Saigon) before proceeding to Siem Reap in Cambodia. The itinerary has been designed to provide an enriching spiritual experience where you can immerse yourself in a thousand images, sounds, tastes and scents. Whether it’s penetrating the verdant Cambodian jungle to reach the temples of Angkor in the company of an expert in Khmer culture, enjoying a private showing of the traditional Vietnamese art of water puppetry, or taking part in a Buddhist prayer ceremony at a pagoda, this promises to be the journey of a lifetime.
